How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed here. Simply select your thermostat model and customize with up to three lines of contact info, or upload your company logo in PNG or JPG format. Submit your shipping information and you're done.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Orders can be placed in increments of 120 pieces. All 120 pieces in an order will be identical.
How much does this program cost?
The Resideo Private Label Program is free for all contractors - we even cover shipping costs. This supports our pro partners and helps support their customer retention and recurring business. *
How long will it take to receive my customized product?
Private label orders can take up to four weeks to receive after the order confirmation from Resideo.
Can my customers see my contact information in their First Alert by Resideo app?
The Resideo private label program puts your name and contact info on the physical device.
