PRODCM is an optional Dialer Capture Module for control panels that sends Contact ID alarm signals via the control panel’s dialer.
PRODCM is used for control panels that do not support Resideo ECP data communication, sending Contact ID alarm signals via the control panel’s TELCO dialer. The Dialer Capture Module replaces the phone line and simulates the phone service to the control panel. The alarms are then sent to AlarmNet® for routing to the central monitoring station.
Compatible Communicators include the LTEM-PV and LTEM-PA
